To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unwashed
• Item must be in original condition
• Original tags must still be attached

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and quality reasons, customised products, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless defective.

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the wrong size, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
